The manufacturing facility is located
in Bangalore city in close proximity to many Indian
government defense and space organizations along
with a large number of private technical companies.
Consists of a high-voltage testing laboratory, environmental
testing laboratory, Class 10000 clean room area
for manufacture and testing of the transformers,
inductors and integrated assemblies of up to 120
kV. The laboratory will have numerous testing equipments
for RF and microwave testing to obtain complete
product characterization.
The facility will be approved and certified by CEMILLAC, adhere to MIL standards and ISO tests as per the industry standard to be the best in class.
All space manufacturing is performed inside a Class 10,000 cleanroom. The cleanroom temperature is maintained at 22 +/- 3, whilst very importantly the humidity is controlled within 45% to 65% RH. The cleanroom is pressurised to a min of 20 Pa. There is an air-shower prior to the cleanroom entrance.
